Sending a quote request through the site doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to anything. No work is scheduled until we confirm it with you. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change once we see the property. Work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement, estimate or work order, and that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.

3. Our photos and testimonials

The before-and-after photos on this site show real projects we completed. Every property is different, so the scope, cost and timing of your project will depend on its condition. The testimonials are from our customers and reflect their own experiences.

4. What you send us

When you send us information, photos or files through the site, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and
• you have the right to share it, for example because you own, manage or have permission to photograph the property.

You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to respond to you, prepare estimates, do the work, and review job applications, as described in our Privacy Policy. We won't publish your photos on our website or social media without your permission.

5. Using the site responsibly

• send spam, false or misleading requests, or requests in someone else's name without their permission;
• upload viruses or harmful files, or try to get around the site's security or spam protection;

These limits apply only to your use of the website. They don't limit any rights you have under an agreement for work we perform, or any liability that can't be limited by law.

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
